Managing Director
Dorian Manrique
Dorian has been active in Singapore’s social sector since 2013, beginning his fundraising journey with WWF. He later joined the Singapore Red Cross in 2017, where he served as Assistant Head of Fundraising. With over a decade of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, and charitable operations, he founded Vision Fundraising Advisory in 2018 to help charities scale their impact through strategic, responsible, and brand-focused fundraising solutions.

Lilian Wong
Lilian Wong is the Director of New Markets & Philanthropy, with extensive experience working with high-net-worth clients and a strong background in the charity sector. Having previously worked in China, she now focuses on Singapore and Southeast Asia, driving regional growth and meaningful philanthropic partnerships.
Community Lead
Jeslinda Tan
Jeslinda Tan is the Community Lead, overseeing daily operations and serving as the main liaison for donors and volunteers. She ensures smooth engagement and a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Capability Building & Grant Advisory
As an approved fundraising consultancy firm, we support charities in accessing the Charities Capability Fund (CCF) — a grant scheme by the Commissioner of Charities / National Council of Social Service (NCSS) to strengthen governance, fundraising practices, operational efficiency and ICT capability.

​Our team helps you navigate the application process, align consultancy engagements to qualify under the CCF Consultancy Grant (up to 80 % support), and deliver practical fundraising-practice improvements that boost donor confidence, operational rigour and long-term growth.
